Let me introduce you to Adrian Utter, the ultimate value add.  He’s part time agronomist, full time vigneron, truffle hunter come winter and winemaker come summer.  Tucked away just north of the Yarra, Utter Wines offers those willing to make the drive a quaint and rustic wine experience.  You’ll try beautiful wines from the barrel and bottle which are 100% grown and made on the family farm by Adrian himself, whilst he talks you through his vineyard and his passion to test and learn about the soil which his family has lived on for almost 100 years.  Catch Adrian in winter and you might be able to hunt out some truffles, come summer you can hike the stunning Cathedral Ranges which watch over the valley.  Either way you’ll leave feeling inspired with a trunk full of wine and a story worth sharing.
